Our business model
Valore Select is a wholesale reseller and the seller of record. We purchase inventory from brands and distributors, take ownership and commercial risk, and resell it through our own marketplace accounts. We do not access or manage our suppliers’ marketplace accounts.
A clear wholesale route to marketplace demand
Our suppliers sell inventory to Valore Select under wholesale commercial terms. From that purchase onward, we own the inventory and make independent resale decisions through accounts held and operated by Valore Select.
Wholesale purchase orders
We purchase approved products from brands and distributors under agreed prices, quantities, and supply terms.
Ownership and commercial risk
Once purchased, the inventory belongs to Valore Select. We assume pricing, inventory, sales, and return risk.
Resale through our accounts
We list and sell the products as seller of record through marketplace accounts owned and operated by Valore Select.
An independent wholesale reseller
Valore Select is based in Guanajuato, Mexico. We buy selected inventory from brands, distributors, and manufacturers and take legal ownership of those goods.
We then resell that inventory through our own marketplace accounts. Valore Select sets its own resale prices, holds the inventory risk, fulfills customer orders, and handles returns from its buyers.
Our suppliers remain independent businesses. We do not log in to, access, operate, or administer their Seller Central or other marketplace accounts.

The relationship is a purchase-and-resale relationship: you supply products to Valore Select, and we independently resell the inventory we own.
Catalog evaluation
We evaluate products, availability, wholesale pricing, and potential demand to decide what Valore Select may purchase.
Inventory purchase
We agree on commercial terms, purchase the inventory, and take ownership of the goods supplied to us.
Independent resale
We offer the purchased inventory through our own marketplace accounts, with Valore Select as the seller of record.
Reorders based on demand
When demand and supply conditions support it, we place additional purchase orders with our suppliers.
Capabilities applied to our own resale business
These capabilities support Valore Select's decisions and sales as an independent reseller. They are not account-management services for suppliers or other sellers.
Market analysis
We assess demand, competition, and pricing to make our own product-purchasing and resale decisions.
Our marketplace compliance
We are responsible for following the policies that apply to our own seller accounts and product offers.
Continuous optimization
We adjust our own listings, resale prices, and inventory decisions using performance data from our accounts.
Customer service
As seller of record, we serve our marketplace customers and handle returns associated with our sales.
